I've said it before, but I think a shotgun is also overdue. Any... M500, M870, M1014, AA-12.

AA-12 would probably be the easiest to engineer for simulation sake, since it's cartridge / drum fed. The M1014 could probably be cheated using a tube magazine setup for the shell tube.

I had a funny dream about an airsoft shotgun once... I was watching a review of some gas shotgun that had 5 barrels, each with their own hop up buckings, dials... the whole nine yards. Decrease or increase hop up for how far apart you want the shots to go... but, in this funny review I dreamed of, the guy sprayed silicon oil in there to clean it, and had swelled all 5 buckings. And then couldn't even fire his 5 barreled shotgun... Long story short; I can dream some pretty stupidly funny dreams. LOL

But a gas ANYTHING sounds nice to a GBB lover like me. :)

If KWA could make a shotgun that actually "blew back" a decent amount I would be all over it.  I don't know how you would incorporate the blow back into the gun though.

I believe the definition of blowback for airsoft guns is simply if it has a slide/bolt that moves when fired (taking into account electric blowback systems). With that said, both the M1014 and AA-12 use bolts, so blowback simulation should be possible?

A magazine fed shotgun such as the AA12 would be okay, considering the fact that you can store bbs/gas in the magazine, and do away with the shells... although the shells add a nice touch of realism.

Well, I imagine KWA would want to get law enforcement interested in the shotgun, therefore shells would probably need to be incorporated into the gun somehow.

Hi Kr1zzer, welcome to the forums. MP5s have been suggested by many people, even one of my airsoft buds would go crazy for a KWA MP5. Thing is, to some people, the MP5 is an outdated design... and would point you to the MP7. Although many LE agencies still use MP5s and all other sorts of militaries around the world, I have to agree... the MP5 is a bit old, and for a gun of that size, I'd want something with a little more stopping power.

On the legal side of things, it's not KWA decision to make new H&K guns. H&K guns are licensed to be reproduced by Umarex, and Umarex already sells an airsoft MP5 so...... highly unlikely? :/

Highly unlikely....that's a fair assumption.

I was personally holding out for a KWA GBB G36, but that also seems unlikely now... BUT with the announcement of the KWA GBBR Masada I'm perfectly happy making that trade :D I'd like to see a Magpul PDR with the LM4 system.

From what I heard at Redstorm III it seemed that I wasn't the only one who wants it, nor did it seem likely that KWA didn;t know about it... I'd say chances are this could easily happen, so long as we all make lots of noise about it. Gimme PDR!
