Bottom line need an inner barrel that is 605mm long (i have no problem cutting a longer barrel down to size) but i dont know what company to choose or how tight the inner barrel i should use weather a 6.01 or as wide as a 6.08

things that might help
-distance shooting
-hiting hard so fps
-what is suckback if the barrel is to long
( and will that happen if the barrel is to tight and long)
just dont want to buy products that dont work and waste crazy money

Why must have a inner barrel 605mm long?
That is definitely longer than compatible with your stock KWA Cylinder.
Your stock inner barrel is excellent and will most likely not be an upgrade to change it out. It is also 425mm in length.
If you go longer, I recommend a 455mm/6.03tbb by MadBull.

My personal experience with AEG's and long inner barrels is that anything over 590mm is just too long, even with a Full / Type-O Cylinder and perfect compression mods. The 590 was a good performer, but even your stock 425mm will shoot farther and more accurate in the same set-up. Barrels over 509mm are better suited for guns with Fusion Engines that incorporate external air tanks.

I don't know what your current set-up is, but you do not need monster FPS to shoot long range or gain accuracy. You do not need to be hitting hard to get the same result.
400-450fps is a good range to be in.
Then focus on Hop-up Mods such as:
- R-hop and ER-hop.
- Barrel stabilization.
- Quality heavy ammo.
- Perfect air seal.

Like Van said, that's too long for the cylinder volume unless you want the FPS to go down.  550mm is the limit and 509 is closer to ideal.
