From my understanding, the KWA MK 1911 Series had been discontinued a few months ago.  However, the new website still has them listed (and with updated engraved KWA trades), even though KWA removed the H&K models that are no longer going to be available. Does this mean that the MK series is back?  I would assume KWA would do this since they no longer offer the H&K lineup.  Thoughts?

WHOA, WHATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT.
This is outrageous. If they discontinue them.... no!
I had really been hoping that I could get another MK III sometime and have a matching pair of pistols. Then have them both custom painted to a two-tone....
Why would they discontinue these things? I thought they were selling amazing. Everyone who has one knows that no store ever has extra mags in stock because they are in such high demand that each new shipment of them disappears in a matter of days.

The MK series guns have not (to my current knowledge) been discontinued. They have only been updated-- the trademarks are now laser etched like the newest generation ATPs. Mags will continue to be shipped as well.

A small break in production to switch over from the white trades to the engraved ones. Maybe also a couple bug fixes. Thats all, nothing to worry about.

I apologize if this was common knowledge... I had only heard otherwise that they WERE discontinued, both once on the forum and by a retailer.  Good to know they are still around!

When should we expect to see them back on the shelves? I've heard good from them, I might just have to pick one up

Give or take several months, they should be stocking up within that time period. I've heard from gi that they might get a new shipment of the MK series, as well as mags, but that's just a rumor. I do miss my MK.II, was such a great gun.

I've had my MKII for... what, 2.5 years now? The thing is amazing! It's been chewing propane and Bioval .25's the whole time right at 300fps; it's accurate, efficient, pretty, and it always turns heads :P
