So my NPAS came today and as was expected, the o-ring on the bolt return spring was too large (External Diameter) for the BCG. And using the o-ring from my old bolt, I found that one was too small. Anyone have any recommended sizes to try? And where to get them?

I went to Home Depot, HF, and Ace just to find an o-ring that was 1/32 wall size but didn't find any.

Unfortunately by the time I figure it out, you'll probably already have. My NPAS isn't coming in until sometime next week.

Though did you try the other sizes in te HF kit? I have two different kits so Id imagine it'd be somewhere in there.

I have the green 205 box and those are all too large. I also looked through the other one with the black o-rings and none of those were small enough either. The o-rings are tiny. The dimensions of the one on the original LM4 bolt seems to be 1/4" OD, 3/16" ID, 1/32" Wall. I don't have a Vernier caliper so I can't get EXACT dimensions.

I saw this. How do I get to the fill valve o-ring in a p-mag? Or will I have to order a new one from KWA?

Item Number: 199-9999-U635.

I just bought a used NPAS on craigslist (it already has HFC green o-ring). When I put in the e-clip, I noticed that the back is a little bit wobble. Is that okay to keep it like that?

ky2970, can you see if you can swap the cylinder plug from the RA Tech and use the original OEM plug to see if you can get a proper fit to the bolt carrier? Looking at the KWA parts diagram, there is a pin securing the return spring to the plug. If it's the same on the RA Tech, you could remove the pin and swap them. Proper fit of the OEM plug to the RA Tech piston is the next question.....

I tried doing that but the pin won't budge at all. It's really hard to get a good angle on it because its weird shape.

@yaiba2055 no that means it's not sealed. Is the NPAS for a KSC?

Just curious anyone got an update?

Still waiting on my npas. AST is dragging their feet shipping it out. Love it when retailers are so quick to take your money and not ship.

I've been waiting for a 8 days and not a single word yet. I emailed them a couple of days back and they didnt respond yet. This has happened before, the last time I asked them on the status and they sent me a tracking number. When I checked the number it said "out for delivery" haha.

Though yeah, Im going to send another email today and if they don't respond in two days Im just going to file a Paypal claim. That'll probably light a fire for them.

I did pay for the ems shipping and they haven't shipped it out. It's been two weeks. The only answered my 3rd email after I said any lack of response will force me to issue a paypal claim.

I've never really had an issue with AST and ems..if its some kind of holiday over there you can be sure it'll take forever to ship. Hopefully you guys get your stuff soon

Got a pretty fast response from them today (about 2 hours, plus the 12 hr time difference.)

AST sales

Ordered on 3-20-13, so hopefully if they get restocked this week, those who ordered before that should have them.  Hopefully

Huh. I did EMS and it was here within 2 weeks. Shipped out 2 days after I put the order in. Also ordered some fill nozzle o-rings from the pro-shop; just waiting for them to come in. As soon as they do, I'll do a overall function check and chrono.
