I just got my vector and the first hing i noticed was the bolt is getting stuck in the open position. Then after firing it a couple of times as a test, it started not fully cycling the bolt and expelling a lot of gas. Its brand new i cleaned an reoiled it and still same issue. It would fire the first round but not a second.

i dont know if its because of the cooldown or the bolt. I wasnt shootin but 2mags through it on semi before it started happening.

Im gonna guess you only have one mag..let your mag warm back up after shooting a mag or two thru it..cool down is not crazy fast ..but then idk the environment you're shooting in which can have an effect in it

I ordered a second mag, I tried again yesterday inside, it was 65 inside rather than the 50 outside and it seemed to be doing okay. The bolt still gets stuck open when manually cycling. It looks to be getting stuck on the top of the frame because when I do it field stripped, it doesnt stick at all.

Mine gets stuck too when I let it go forward slowly other than just releasing it. It hasn't caused any performance problems with mine, just an annoyance. I haven't figured out why it does it though. I tried shaving down the ejector cover which is the obvious thing to think is causing the stick, but no success. I'm thinking that its something in the trigger and hammer group.

Okay, If others are experiencing it as well, then I guess it is nothing to worry about off the bat. I wanted to be sure since I had the firing problems as well. That was probably because of cool down though. The temperature was steadily dropping while we were out. My Brother has the LM4 and his was not experiencing any issues even with the weather.

Yup, and it does get better as it wears in. At least in my case.

It does get better with wear. The bolt is getting stuck on the hammer..it is a bit annoying at times.. also sometimes the bolt wont go all the way into battery. But all this gets better with use.

Good to hear. I have a second mag coming to me so I am looking forward to getting some wear in done.
