I laughed when I inspected it. On it is a big sticker, under which are full Hk trades, caliber and all, covered by black marker. I have yet to get the marker off. I was never a big trades guy but at least I can sell it for a decent price if need be. I pressed on the inner barrel and there does indeed appear to be quite a bit of pressure from the spring. That definitely needs to be changed to use this thing for an extended period of time.
What I plan to do:
First of all I'm either going to cut the spring or move the spacer back and sit it permanently. Second I may or may not try and crown the inner barrel of the supressor where they connect. Let me know on how you guys would go about this. I'm not going to bother unless I have jamming or accuracy problems though.
Something that came to mind was this, keep this thing off your gun when you are not actually using it. Modified or not. Having the gun sitting there with unnecessary pressure on the barrel is no good at all. I would even go so far as to take it off when you do not need it in game if at all possible. At least during the time in between. Just a thought.
