What do you think the better tight bore is the Prometheus or DB Custom.

Which one will increase range, accuracy, and FPS the most? How much will the FPS be increased?

Vic Man says Promethieus. I would say Promethieus just because he constantly fights for the Promethieus.

I hear the FPS will be raised around 30 fps.

I really don't know the rest of the answers.

Well the DBC increases the FPS more than the Promy, and as to what performs better accuracy-wise is debated.
Anyway, doesn't the Promethieus barrel not fit in the KWA M4 hop up?

Proms are great barrels!  KM TN barrels are at par with Prom barrels.
Yes  just like bore up kits , 15-20 fps but can only be noticed on 450+ fps setups.  Just like bore up kits

Inner diameter for the DBC is 6.01 average. I thought the Prometheus is 6.04? In fact, are any of the other makers make a 6.01 inner barrel?

I put a 6.04 KM in my SA58, and it improved the accuracy at more distance. I am happy with that in that for a CQB/short range rifle (within 100'), accuracy does not need to be too exct. As long as you can hit a person with a shower of BBs, then you are fine.

For longer distances, you would need a more precise inner barrel. DBC are hailed to be the best ones. I am planning to put one in my CA25 and M24 springer.

As for the handguns I have my M226, M9 and M1911A1 from KWA (all PTPs), which have fantastic accuracy (I was able to accomplish a 5 shots 2" spread at 25' with the M226 - twice, but over many 5 shot sets, so I am not very proficient at target shooting yet   :P  )

But, I am considering DBC for both USP I have and possibly my original M9 (all also KWA).

Its a matter of money and priorities   ;)

But you can tell I like DBC

Cheers
Leo

Finally! Someone else who says why shoot accurately with 1 shot when you can accurately with a bunch of them!

I like Prom. Cause in compairson to 6.01 and 6.03, the effects on range, fps increase and accuracy are tremendoulsy noticable, also... you dont need to clean as often and it would jam on you if you get a spec of dirt in it.

I know a guy who has DBC barrels in 3 of his guns.  He told me to clean the barrel before you go out to play and after you are done for the day.  He says it really isn't necessary to clean it game after game.  (doesn't hurt though) And if you are thinking, "What does this guy know?"  The person that told me this was Booligan.

My smallest ID barrel is a 6.02.  I think the best way to clean it is to take it out of your gun and look at a light source thru it. If anything messes up with the mirror finish... thats when youll have to clean it. I usually clean my barrels before i leave for the gamesite and when i get home after the game.
