Why would you ever want to swap the vfc 8mm gearbox. That gear box is a beast! It rips, even with a 9.6v battery the rof is crazy!!!!........

I can personally tell you that VFC 416 doesn't have a 8mm gearbox.  Because I own one.

Yea like allizard said the vfc 416 gearbox has 6mm bushings which im not even sure if they are metal.. anyways can anyone tell me if a kwa m4 or m16 gearbox will drop into a vfc 416 body? Allizard have you been able to try this or fit it into your 416?

VFC still use nylon bushing.  At least on my 416.  I have confident our gearbox will drop into the VFC.  The body pins alignment are the same as TM and other aftermarket receiver.  Radix dropped our gearbox into a Hurricane 416 and I drop one into a Prime LR300. All worked fine.
