Don't you guys think the 74 would be redundant to the 74M? You wouldn't need a full stock version, when the 74M version folds out to a full stock... :P
I believe they are making one anyway, either for the electric or gas, I don't remember. Probably electric so you can house a much bigger battery in the stock, rather than in the hand guard.

If you look at the topics on the forum, the AKG (gas!) topic has underneath it:

AKG Series

AKG-74 / AKG-74M / AKG-74SU

so they must be making them with a fixed stock version...

I, for one, am looking forward to more information on this 1911A1 PTP that has been mentioned once on this board a while ago.

I'd love to grab a pre-ordered LM4, but the realist inside me says to hold off on the first run batch for the bugs to be worked out.

A GBB MP5 line of products would be nice.

KWA already has the MP7 & MP9 as well as an extensive line of H&K products. The only thing that looks odd in its abcense is a MP5 line. I thought this was one of the most wide spread weapon platforms for law enforcement agencies  across the country / globe?

From what I hear the MP5's are considered outdated and there is a transition being made from that line.

Niko is right. The real MP5 shoots the 9mm round. And certain special ops forces have deemed it incapable enough to the MP7- which fires the 4.6x30mm cartridge if I'm correct? The 4.6 has much more stopping power in a more compact package than the MP5. So going back to the airsoft world, why would KWA create a gun for law enforcement that is being phased out by others? Sure airsofters may like it, but law enforcement would barely (if any) use it.

MP7 is a better overall platform when compared to MP5, and may eventually be the PDW of the future. However, I think the problem is that what makes it better (the 4.6 cartridge) may also be its biggest drawback (it's proprietary). It will be slow to phase in the MP7 (5-10 years) with Law Enforcement agencies while the 9mm rounds are extremely common. I believe this is also one of the many reasons why the US Military is hesitant to move away from AR-15 based platforms (the commonplace of the 5.56 NATO rounds).

Get that Kriss working and I'll be a happy camper!

As far as requests, anything gas really. M14 would be cool, Maybe an SR-25 (AEG and Gas versions)?

Agreed The M14 would be a nice addition.  Also If they chose to do an M14 Socom 2 with a high, mid, and low pressure bolt I would be happy to spend the cash.  The M14... yup I'm looking forward to the KWA FV GBBR that can function as a DMR.

Trev, it would save on gas, and it'd be a first for KWA. I'm sure they can come up with cool stuff, that makes cocking the gun nearly effortless, and all the while giving it more FPS.

impossible, you in srping guns you physically store the energy in the gun by coccking it, to have a effortless pull, you would need a verry, very long bolt and a very weak spring

Think about the D-Boys Kar 98K replica they made. In that bolt action springer, you put all your force pushing the bolt forward to cock it- not pulling the bolt back- that was effortless. If KWA could find a good in between- that would make it feel like you have the same amount of force pulling and pushing, the action might actually trick you. But the chance of KWA making a spring gun is as close to the probability of someone finding a way to fix America's economy. (I don't mean to go into politics, just a light joke I guess)

My wish list for KWA's engineers (listed in order of wanted-ness(?))
1)I REALLY just want to get my hands on AKG-74M
2) a PM Makarov pistol
3)An SVD and/ or AS-50 (yes i play COD) :P
4)a GP-30 AK grenade launcher with realistic GP shell/rounds in multiple types (30, 60, 120, and slug rounds)
5)Liscensed Remington 870, 1100 etc. shell ejecting gas shot guns :drooling:
6)GBBR PKM, PKP, PK, or a PKP pecheng
7) RPG :D
Thats all i can think of right now...........

Trev,
I don't speak Latin, but some basic Spanish. Enough to be deadly. My quote means: "If you seek peace, be prepared for war."
