- Solved -

Had to take apart the the upper part, and dip the tip in hot water for several minutes, after that put a wrench and twisted it off slowly.

After using the Hex tool it was still stuck, which then I assumed was glue.

Worked like a charm.

OP:
Hello all,

I'm trying to remove my tip to give it a proper clean down from top to bottom, but it's honestly not budging.

I hate to be "that guy"... but you are turning it to the right to loosen it correct? If you are then try getting a wrench and tapping it with a hammer after you heat it up.
