Yesterday, I played with my kwa kmp9 and had one problem. Sometimes when shooting, the bolt catch would lock back the bolt even when there was still bb's in the mag. After further inspection, I found that part 86, the bolt catch spring isn't able to pull the bolt catch down far enough for it not to lock the bolt back after the shot is fired. My gun is only four days old.

I'm using green gas. It happens even after I only shoot 4 bb's from the mag.

Hum...

What's the weather like right now?

By the way, I recommend starting a Help Desk ticket in case I can't help you resolve this.   :shiftyninja:

I live in Hawaii, the weather right now is around 70 degrees. That's not the problem, the problem is that part 86 the bolt catch spring isn't able to pull down the bolt catch far enough down for the bolt  to not lock back after firing a bb.

Ah.  If you can remove the dust cover (top half of the gun, instructions are in the manual) and take a look at the spring, is it riding on top of the lever or next to it?

The spring may be off track, or in some instances bent
