The threadings on the M4 outer barrels are standard 14mm.  You shouldn't have any problem locating 3rd party flash hiders/"MOCK" silencers for it.

FYI, the thread on the barrel is CCW (Counter Clockwise).  Good news is any good quality 'mock' silencer will have both CW and CCW threads.

Is the KM4S also CCW Threaded for a mock silencer or flash hider?

Yes, they are the same type of outer barrel.

Just another question to do with the possible silencer, I know that the Tokyo Marui tracer unit looks exactly like a silencer, but does anyone know what type threads it has and is it made to fit onto a 14mm CCW threaded barrel?

Most airsoft barrels are ccw.  It's the same case with their M4's.  So there is no reason they make a tracer that doesn't fit ccw threads.

As far as I know, G&P are the only one that I know of use CW threads.

Oh ok. I have seen some adapters that change ccw to cw or visa versa if I do find a silencer that uses that. And oops. after just reading my earlier post I said " I know that the Tokyo Marui tracer unit looks exactly like a sniper" I ment silencer... my bad ^_^

Im looking a JBU M4 Mock Silencer, cause that will give it a more "Mp5 SD6" type look which I love, and doest add thaaaaat much length onto the gun
