I'm trying to figure out what Allizard is getting at. He's very…cryptic, and I'm very slow right now. I just want a yes or no on the kit, I thought I had an answer, then he confused me again.

I'm honestly confused, Ben what are you asking? The KWA Masada is announced as a GBBR, so do you want an AEG kit? As far as stocks and such go they've already stated in interviews that those details are still unclear, as there are sure to be many changes in the design due to tweaking specs or meeting ATF regulations. Enjoy the stuff you've got, it's all nice stuff for sure! Plus, if you've got mags for your LM4 already all you need to do is buy a Masada, it uses the same mags! Honestly I'd be stoked in your position, knowing that the mags won't be proprietary and that it's A FREAKIN KWA GBBR MASADA :D

I have the PTS Masada AEG. I want a KWA GBB conversion kit instead of the terrible Beta Project one. I also want to know if the existing Masada stocks, RIS, handguards, etc. will work with KWA's Masada. I cannot for the life of me, get rid of the AEG, even at half original retail it's a pretty penny. And no one in Michigan is serious enough to buy a $350 used airsoft gun. So I'm in a pickle. I want the KWA GBB, but cant afford it without selling the AEG, which, so far, I can't, and possibility for a KWA GBB conversion kit is next to none.

Ahh I understand now. I think the problem is that they are making the Masada with a completely different barrel design, which was also mentioned in an interview, so the AEG or GBB barrels for the other Masada will not work with the KWA; KWA's hop up and NS2 system requires certain specs, so we know now that the barrels won't be compatible. Plus, the NS2 system is likely to require different specs internally, meaning a drop in kit would be simply too difficult and unreliable. The thing about KWA is that their products work very well because their whole design is done in house, not pieced together from multiple manufacturers. Plus, when was the last time you saw a drop in kit that didn't suck? If you want a reliable GBBR that uses the NS2 system it looks like we'll have to stay within the carefully designed KWA version.

I don't see why it can't be reliable. I understand from an engineering standpoint that it's easier to have the ability to change every part. But the Masada system is relatively simple. The FPG kit worked pretty well. I know it wasn't made by KWA, but it was for their M18C system and it worked reliably.
And the existing GBB kit consists of a bolt, charging handle assembly, barrel block, barrel and lower receiver. So incompatible barrels shouldn't be a problem.
