I was thinking about getting a 9.6 2200mah battery with elite cells from cheapbatterypacks.com, but it would be 49 bucks shipped.  Should I just get this instead?  I could get the 2000mah elite cells and it would be 43 shipped.

I've read intellects are great, but then I've read they sometimes have an issue holding a charge.

what do you think I should do? (I am considering an 8.4 because I don't really need 20 rps)

Oh sorry, this is for the M4 A1 and I definitely DON'T want a lipo.  I don't want to upgrade anything in the gun.  The only upgrades I plan on doing are buckings and TBs.  (and maybe RIS)

Are you getting the battery for the km4 carbine or the km4 cqb? If your getting it for the regular km4 I would get a lipo, but if its for the cqb version I would get a 9.6. Or what you can do is get new gears (specifically a speed gear set) and a speed/turbo motor. If you go this route and change the gears and motor for speed than just get the 9.6. If your getting a small type 9.6 I would go with intellect, if your getting a lipo battery it doesn't matter that much on the brand. Really the only difference with the brands is how long you will be keeping your lipo battery. Lipos are nice because they give you like twice as much shots over a small or large type nihm battery. Plus the rof is crazy with them, on any gun stock or upgraded.

My battery was $49 shipped. It is 4200 mah.

Try this website. They have good prices for good mah.

www.all-battery.com

All of my good batterys are great at holding charges. I got a 3800 mah large type battery for my buddys AK for only $24 shipped.  :)
