That is what pulls the nozzle back into the bolt every time the gun fires and cycles.
The spring can be removed from the bolt by taking off the c-clip. - it is a pain in the a**, and tends to fly off once you do get it to 'pop' so be warned
also, you will need to remove that the little part toward the front of the bolt that looks kinda like a door - it keeps the nozzle from coming totally out of the bolt.
- oil on the o-ring should be sufficient because there is no other rubber parts in the loading nozzle.
You could always lube the outside surface of the bolt to make its cycle a little smoother.

- Lock in a vice using a receiver block or magwell block
- Heat with a heat gun (not a hair drier)
- Tap armorer's wrench with a small/light hammer

Edit. Just ordered a complete new upper from KWA. Talking with the Rep was easier than I expected. He seemed new but worked at it until he got it right. New upper and a rear outer barrel was $70 shipped priority. I plan on a C-model and a full just by swapping the upper. Let's see where this goes. If nothing else I'm having a ball building!!!
