Hey guys, I have to screw my adjustment screw till it won't turn anymore almost to make it sound good. Is this bad or is it completely okay?

You should not have to tighten the adjustment screw that much.  I would take the motor out of the grip to check things out.

The gear is fine, I just didn't have the grip screwed in all the way. Sorry you can lock this.
