Possible swelled bucking, I'd replace the bucking and see what you get.

Is the gun new?
What brand and weight bb's are you using?
Has it always been doing this or just start?
Have you put any silicone on it or cleaned the barrel with it?

Also it could be the nub sticking in the down position holding the bucking down.

If you do change or replace the bucking, the stock KWA bucking is the best option.

It is a fairly new gun never been used in a game, I don't no what brand of bb's they are but right now I'm using .20 but the same thing happened with .25 and .28 it started pretty recently I had the gun for about 3-4 months before is started flying up I have tried to clean it before but I'm not sure I'm doing it right

Make sure you are using high quality bb's.Nothing from walmart or other sporting good stores.
If you take the inner barrel and hop up assembly out of the gun and look through the hop up down the barrel, turn the hop up on then off and make sure the two tabs move up and down accordingly through the hop up window at the top of the barrel. If they do then your nub probably is fine.
Then you can try taking the bucking off and soaking/cleaning it with warm water and dish washing soap. Take a q-tip and swab the inside of it too(the bucking) then dry and reinstall it. Also clean your inner barrel and check for any scratches and straightness while you have it apart.Make sure everything is clean and dry(do not use silicone) and put it back together and try it. I would try these before buying a new bucking but if it still does the same thing after you may need one.

It could be what JRoc suggested - that the nub is sticking so I'd look at that first.  If you need another bucking, I'd just get another OE bucking and see what happens. And as you may have gathered already, try to keep silicon oil out of the barrel and hop up.  Silicon is a lubricant, not a cleaner and can cause problems with the bucking.

If I understand you correctly there is no bolt and It continuing to fire as long as you keep pulling the trigger after empty is normal.

When the mag is empty the bolt should lock back.  You may have a damaged BB follower on the magazine.
