I got my LM4 today, so it is indeed available. Very, very nice. has a good deal more recoil then my old KJW M4 had. As well as much nicer internals which seem to be almost entirely steel.

Oh, and while Im making comparisons, I also like how the magazine fits so nicely into the magazine well with nearly no wiggle at all. Its a very snug fit and is really a LOT nicer then both the WE and the KJWs that I previously owned. And while the magazine is heavier then the KJW's, It weighs about the same as a loaded AR15 magazine (Or as best as I can judge holding one of each in either hand)

45 day warrantees are worthless anyway so I dont tend to care. All of my KWA guns have only ever needed service well after the warranted period has expired.

gas consumption seems pretty decent. I can get about 2 mags off of one fill. Range and accuracy I havent had time to properly test yet. FPS is about 350-ish with .2's, so I dont know where that 410 number came from. I just played an indoor game with it tonight. But with only the one magazine it was really just to try it out rather then really give it a thorough test.

How hard was it to take off the flash hider?  My SR-10 was very easy compared to other manufacturers.

What was the ambient temperature when you were firing it? Also, did you use green gas or propane?

Temperature is a key variable with FPS on GBB's. Have fun with your new gun!

Well said. On KWA's website they said FPS would be 390-410... if its chronoing at 350, I'm actually fine with that so I don't have to modify the bolt/ rocket valve for it to shoot 350.

did it come with a speedloader, and how easy are the mags to load because other m4s are a royal pain to load

It came with a tube style speed loader, but my regular GBB loaders work fine on it as well. its kind of a pain to load by hand, but its possible as well.

Also one thing you guys will be happy about is that the internals seem to be almost entirely steel. Hammer, sear, BCG. The trigger is aluminum or something non ferrous. The loading nozzle is interesting as well in that the outer loading nozzle is plastic but the inner section is metal, so its unlikely to get any broken loading nozzles. They really seem to have gone all out on this one.

The only thing Im not crazy about is that the sectio n of the upper receiver that houses the front receiver pin has "ears" like a KJW M4. On my KJW those cracked, so I would say that when disassembling, both receiver pins should always be removed. dont let the upper receiver swing forward. TGhe entire upper receiver actually seems to have two halves which can be separated, but its not easily noticeable. This is at least good because if one of those ears cracks, you dont need to replace the entire upper receiver.

I believe it does come with a tube and plunger speed loader... basically a straw you line up with the feed lips and load in the bbs, then plunge em on down with a rod. Guess I gotta buy the KWA speed loader sooner or later.

Brigg, can you take a picture of the trademarks on the receiver please? :)

Sure. here.

Also, one thing to mention, is that it comes with a plastic carry handle. Considering the steel internals though I think its a fair trade. In these pictures I put a metal one I had from my old KJW on it. Oh, and also I added some foregrips from an LMT M4 that I had lying around. Hence the sanding. the stock ones feel fine but airsoft foregrips always seem to lack a certain surface quality that real ones have.

Thanks for the pic Brigg. I really like the "PROFESSIONAL" under the KWA logo and it really makes a nice touch.

Is it me, or do the mags look longer than normal?

The mags look normal too me, but that trigger looks a bit strange.  I like the finish on all the parts too, especially the buffer tube assembly.

Brigg, you should make the first LM4 post in the KWA M4 photo gallery.  I'm sure that all of us waiting for the LM4's like vultures would love too see some shots of your gun :)
