Is there a grip for the KM4 series that is the same as the stock grip, but in different colors?  I'm looking for an OD grip.

I thought that since the G&P SPR grip is claimed to fit that the G&P M16A2 grip would also fit, but it does not.  I also tried an ERGO Grip (not the same as stock) but it also does not fit.

The issue for both seems to be the same - the rails that slide into the groves on the mechbox are a few millimetres father forward on the KWA stock grip.

I could use the G&P SPR or the Magpul MOE PTS grip, but I'd like to keep the stock style, just in a different color (and without resorting to spray painting ;-)

I know you'd prefer to not do this, but.....  Brownells Alumahyde spray paint will do what you want.  Not sure what matches the OD you're looking for (do you have OD handguards or stock?) but know for sure Alumahyde Coyote is an exact match for Magpul FDE.

I dislike the "finger thingie" on the M16A2 grip and use M16A1 grips on all my 5.56mm rifles.  But they're getting harder to find and don't come in FDE, of course.

Ignore the Magpul stock color in this photo.  Was mis-marked FDE and very inexpensive.  I not got around to painting it yet.  The M16A2 pistol grip has had the thingie ground off and painted with Alumahyde.  Note it matches the Magpul handguards and magazine.

... and the obligatory family photo of cartridge firing carbines.  Note the pistol grips on them are all M16A1 or ground off.

If you find a nice Alumahyde OD color let us know.  I may decide to decorate another rifle.

NB:  Follow the Alumahyde instructions carefully.  There's a very small window for a second coat of paint.  Once that window closes you need to wait several days for the first coat to fully cure before applying more paint.

Alumahyde is very tough.  I picked up a 5-pack of steel 7" silhouette targets for the back yard "range" and painted them Coyote.  Unaffected by pellet strikes so far.

I don't know if someone's has asked this but I need a direct answer because I'm about to buy these midcaps for my KWA KM4 RIS.

Here's the link to the mags: http://www.evike.com...oducts_id=30207

Anyone with personal experience could please tell me if they fit and feed well.

They work though you get what you pay for.  Ther do not last that long and the KWA polymer mags are far better for a similar price and are 120rds... http://www.evike.com...oducts_id=40248

Boxed sets are less.  See here: http://www.airsoftgi...oducts_id=10882

D-boys high and mid caps have worked well for me most of the time.  I did get duds every once in awhile but that is with almost every brand I guess.

Anyone know if a Madbull Black Python 6.03 407mm Tightbore Inner Barrel would fit in a CQR Mod 2?

Members have posted mixed results for Madbull TBBs in KWA AEGs.  The last one I personally saw, dropped the compression below any useful level in an SR12.  Others may have different success.

I have not heard of good things about the JBU brand barrels so personally I would stay away from that.

Magpul PTS PRS Stock requires modification/fabrication to Lower Receiver in order to fit Magpul Buffer tube 100%.

This was to a SR-12

CAA M4S1 handguard.

User tested: won't fit out of the box.

Won't fit out of the box. The issue appears to be that the ledge that the delta ring clasps onto is too large to fit into the upper reciever. I am currently seeing if I can succesfully shave off enough material to make it fit. Will post again if I am able to succeed.

Hey guys,
If I am posting this in the wrong area please enlighten me or move this.
Anyway, I'm looking to pick up this (http://www.evike.com...oducts_id=29123) free float handguard for my SR10 and was wondering if there are any red-flags or known problems with madbull external compatibility; or any good things about their compatibility with KWA. Please give me some feedback as I am looking to purchase this soon. Thank you,
Kyle Panis.

That hand guard will go on without modifications but I have to tell you that it is heavy. I have that on my SR12 DMR.

Thank you for the extremely quick response and reassurance. The weight should not be an issue as I am also running a DMR Set-up. Will it be longer than my stock SR10 barrel so I can run a barrel extension for that 'flush' look?
Thanks again.

Says here that S-Arms 160 Round Mags are KWA tested yet I owned 3 of them and ended up selling them all because none of them came even close to working.  They fit alright but would just roll out the barrel when I tried to shoot whatever I tried.
i had the same problem i found out shoot 1-2 seconds of full auto and that should solve the problem.

I have a question about that hand guard too. I can buy a shorter outer barrel, and put that on so you only see the barrel extension right? Kind of like the quick silver option on the evike link if you look close to the review section. It also has rails on all 4 sides correct? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!
