Kwa mac11 cylinder not coming back all the way when firing

yes another problem. My ns2 m11a1's nozzle is not coming all the way back when i fire. its weird because the bolt comes back but not the nozzle. not sure what the problem is please help.

Is it stuck in the hop-up chamber or just not returning to the rear with the bolt?  The first could be a swelled bucking, broken return springs, or maintenance issue (cylinder and seal needs lubrication).  The latter is most likely broken return springs, or maintenance issue (cylinder and seal needs lubrication).  I suspect the latter but without more information it is difficult to diagnose.

well i have it lubed and it has a brand new cylinder. also the return springs are fine.may be the hop up but idk.

also i looked into the barrel and the hop up seems fine?
