Bought a vice block and yeah. I ripped the thread completely off the upper receiver.

Don't feel to bad, I did the same by running into a wall in my first match with it. Call up KWA Pro Shop and buy a new complete upper (minus the forward assist/dust cover/bolt carrier group), it only cost $45. If you bent the barrel or hopup as well (like I did) you can also buy those for cheap from the Pro Shop. My entire repair that I did myself cost around $80 in parts.

Sorry to see this happened but the vice block is supposed to be CLAMPED in the vice.  It is NOT CLAMPED in the photo, it's half way out of the vice.

My LM4 upper receiver does not fit in my AR15 vice blocks which are hinged at the top and clamped in the vice at the bottom so mine won't work either.  The blocks will neither close over the receiver nor will the FILLER BLOCK fit inside the upper receiver.  The filler block supports the hollow receiver from the inside.

The LM4 upper receiver is a screwed together assembly of a half dozen thin metal parts not a monolithic machined aluminum FORGING like the M16/AR15.  Several folks have ripped theirs apart the past couple of weeks.

Of note the barrel is removed from the US M4 Carbine using BARREL BLOCKS (not receiver blocks) because the receiver is easily damaged and the barrel is easily over torqued using receiver blocks.  NOGO for the airsoft versions 'cuz the outer barrel is a separate plastic piece.

There IS a way to remove the barrel, of course, KWA shop does it several times a day.  But the method must be proprietary or a trade secret...  :(

I had my father machine the filler block to fit the upper receiver and for the purpose of this photo i flipped the vice block. but yeah im an idiot and did it wrong. Still, that sucker was really tight. Thanks for the info.

I don't get it. I just heated mine up, clamped vice grips on the delta ring good and tight ( no i dont own a ar wrench and i also wasnt buying the one for the dd nut) and tapped on them with a rubber mallet while holding the gun flat on the ground on a couple towels, bolt side up and it came right off. I didn't beat on the thing though, just a few good whacks after heating it. Mine did have a tiny bit of loctite or grime in the threads so I'm sure the heat helps regardless.
The delta ring unthreaded clockwise.

That's the same way Niko and I got ours off.  Yes we have an armorer's wrench but "tapping" the wrench to break the seal the nut had on the threads was key.

They are not listed yet.  If you need parts it is best to contact KWA through the Help Desk or call directly at: 626-581-1777; Monday - Friday; closed on weekends and holidays; 8:30-5:30 PST.

Hope this helps.

Awesome thanks for the fast response. I just got a new KWA LM4 Magpul PTS and I got a couple issues. I shot a few hundred BB and now all of a sudden it is missfiring. It appears that the bolt is sticking in the closed position and gas continues to leak and it will not dispense a BB. If I slightly pull back on the charging handle it will fire and then stick and hiss. I am running propane and silicone spray oil. It seems like the nozzle is sticking in the hop up rubber. Also my Pmag is super loose as well as my stock. When I shake the gun it sounds like 2 skeletons screwing on a tin roof in a hailstorm. IS that normal? Not overly impressed with the flaws so far. But when the gun was working proper I was super impressed with the performance.
