Any word from KWA about this rumor?

Leo

Edited: I removed Berettas from the Title as I was pointed that this only applied to Glocks.

OK, now that same thread is suggesting that KWA may getting out of the GBB altogether, stopping production on all handguns (except for KSC in Japan, but those will be all plastics).

Any official word from KWA?  I was looking forward to get the all metal 1911, I hope there are still a few around.

The official word: "The KWA M Series GBB will no longer be available in the US because of Glock Inc's recent filing for trademark/copyright protection under the "airsoft" category. There are no litigations between Glock Inc. and KWA, we are simply following the advice of our corporate counsel."

As for the rumor that we are getting out of the GBB.  NOT TRUE!!!! In fact, we are revamping the entire line of our existing GBB pistols with the NS2 gas system plus there will be several new GBB releases in the coming months.
