Hey does anybody know how long it would usually take for KWA to repair/replace any guns under warranty cuz my friend is getting worried. :unsure:

I don't know how long it would take but the warranty is for 45 days after you get the rifle, as long as you didn't open the gearbox and other stuff that could damage it.

Nah he didnt break it. It was bad outta of the box as soon as he tried shooting it for the first time. The battery he bought was charged and everything. He told me he shipped it the next day and we live in PA so...

Um ... a simple phone call to KWA would have taken cared of his worries. ;)

Yea that was me. Also my friends KWA broke as well so we're both in the same sad boat. He has the tactical version which he got from a hobby store. I shipped mine back before he did and mine hasnt come back yet. Do you know how long it would take?

Honestly.. no clue :lol: but yeah, call KWA (like Inu One said) and ask or drop a email (heres the page where you can get their email adress and phone # http://www.kwausa.com/cs_contact.html )

If you are shipping back to KWA directly I guarantee you'll get it back fixed.  You can call KWA for an update.

Hey I called KWA! AND GUESS WAT! The cool tech guy at KWA said my gun is repaired and ready! I might get it back before 4th Of July!! WOOT!!! :lol:

Isnt today the 30th? That means that your getting it in 4 days O.O Thats some fast shipping, what about your friends gun? Have they recieved it yet?

Actually I found out today that it was shipped Friday the 27th of June through Ground Ship and Ups says it will be delivered on July 3rd. Im gonna have a Happy 4th! :lol:
