Hop up

I may have f*cked up the hop up.  I broke the piece that adjust the hop, so I ordered a new one and installed it.  Now it's not doing anything, the bb's drop super fast...

Do I need a new bucking?  Cause I put it together exactly how it was when I took it apart.

WHat part did you break and what was replaced?
