CURRENT JOB OFFERINGS:

 

This position will support the Sales department with various administrative tasks including preparation and processing customer sales orders.   It will require a person who is able to perform in a fast paced environment and who can manage multiple tasks and support multiple supervisors. Strong client service skills and communication skills are essential in this position. The successful candidate should have a strong team-oriented philosophy.

Position Description

• Provide general administrative support such as answering calls, filing, and data entry.
• Provide support to outside Sales Reps.
• Prepare, verify, and process sales orders.
• Update and maintain Client Activity Database and Reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree, preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of all MS office applications. 
• Attending events and industry trade shows
• Traveling (<20%)

HOURS: 9AM TO 6PM
SALARY & BENEFITS: $24K - $32K depending on experience, and health benefits.
